When you shop at Gotlamm, VAT and shipping are always included in the stated price for orders to an address in Sweden. All products are delivered in collaboration with DHL or Postnord.
The delivery time is normally approx. 2–7 working days. We always do everything we can to keep the estimated delivery time, so that you get your lambskins home as quickly as possible. Sometimes, however, it may take a little longer than expected, but then you will receive information about it. If you haven't heard anything and are wondering where your order is, please contact us. Remember that you as a customer must always be able to show identification when handing out/delivery of the products.
When we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us via e-mail.
If transport damage should occur, we ask you to report the damage to us via e-mail or telephone. We follow the Swedish Consumer Agency's guidelines and the notification must be made within a reasonable time after the buyer noticed or should have noticed the error. It is therefore important that you open the package and inspect your products carefully. For companies, the notification of transport damage must be received within seven days.
In order for the matter to be handled as quickly as possible, we ask that you keep the product's packaging so that it can be inspected. Depending on the extent of the damage, redelivery, remedial action or price reduction is carried out.

When the package has arrived at the agent, an SMS is sent out that your package is ready for collection. If you have not entered a mobile number, you will instead receive an avi in the email that includes a reference number and instructions on where to pick up the package.
